Infusing Culture is the key difference between good and great, acceptable and incredible. In hospitality, this is even more important as each team member is an ambassador of the property. Setting the stage with the proper "culture" will build an empowered team through proper service culture training and developing of each member. We will continually create an environment where people are excited to go to work, we empower them, this excitement translates to each and every guest experience. We call this TREATMENT TRANSFER. How we interact with all our team members is how they will interact with all of our guests, translating directly to the bottom line. It’s what we call "Loyalty Beyond Reason".
With or without a Franchise or Brand, each property needs to tell a story to create authenticity. This builds the base of what the hotel is selling and how it chooses to represent itself to the public community. At the beginning of every contract journey, we will work with the Hotel to develop a comprehensive Sales & Marketing plan to tell and share this story. This will ensure that we have the right mediums, budget, and support to share it.
In this ever-changing world, it is increasingly imperative to understand each department’s needs and protocols. We don’t just keep the lights on. Through true innovation we challenge the status quo. Utilizing automation, robust systems and cloud-based initiatives to provide enhanced reporting to key personnel and getting away from "it’s not my job" are just some of the items we focus on in Operations. Additionally, and most importantly, we do not bog down properties with paperwork. Instead, we take all the paperwork and shift it to the Corporate level allowing our teams at the property level to be present and on stage. Many of these core processes are automated which deliver efficiencies that improve operations and the guest experience. We will take out the back-office days of burdensome meetings and focus on empowering our teams to run the Hotels, focus on their guests and teams, instead of working to justify a line item on an expense report.
In order to create longevity and sustain the highs and lows of this ever changing industry, it is imperative to have a vision of where we are and/or want to go as a Hotels. Each of our properties has a core vision and mission that is aligned. It’s in our DNA, and then we will ask the simple question of each property – "Who do you want to be", and then we can all collectively focus to achieve that vision.
